A simple exercise that helps rewiring the brain
"For the next week do this as an exercise 3 times per day: Say out loud the colors (not the written words) of the graphic on the this page. Use your phone’s stop watch to take the total time. (Or do this together with another person and have a healthy laugh while doing this) - you will see that it takes less time and energy the more you do it as your brain gets used to this exercise and it’s repetition thus creating new ways / new connections between braincells."
